Breathwork

Learn about about the transformative power of conscious breathing. Learn to sync breath with movement – creating peace and heightened awareness, unlocking the pathway to inner calm and vitality.

Customized Physical Practice

You will have a tailored yoga sequence based on your preference or instructor’s recommendation of strength, flexibility, mobility and balance. 

Introspection

Dive into mindful moments with guided journal prompts. Explore the depths of your thoughts and emotions, cultivating a serene mind-space. This introspective journey fosters emotional balance and a deeper understanding of oneself.

“Kim is a brilliant yoga teacher and guide. I decided to take up yoga in my mid forties and Kim was my teacher for 3 years.
